Parsons is seeking a highly organized Creative & Brand Project Coordinator to support a wide range of creative and brand management projects. You will oversee a high volume of projects, manage timelines, and production flow, ensuring work moves forward smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This role partners with internal and external communications teams, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support collaboration and successful project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; 3+ years in project coordination/management.
• Knowledge of creative workflows and production processes.
• Proficiency with Wrike or similar PM tools and Microsoft Office/SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects with timelines and follow-through.

• Oversee a variety of creative and brand projects across digital and print assets.
• Coordinate project activities from intake through final delivery including briefs, schedules, and reviews.
• Document project details in the project management system with accurate timelines and goals.
• Address workflow obstacles to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide timely, clear project updates and risk communications to stakeholders.
• Review workloads and adjust assignments to balance capacity and on-time delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and company policies.
