Job summary

Brafton is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a 100% remote, full-time contract role open to candidates in South Africa. The role requires a strong editorial background and exceptional organizational and collaboration skills to manage client-facing delivery across editorial, design, and video teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining client delivery schedules, tracking monthly deliverables, and providing actionable feedback to production teams to ensure on-brief results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the client's internal advocate and primary contact for delivery.
• Creating and maintaining client-facing delivery schedules.
• Tracking tasks and deliverables on a monthly basis.
• Coordinating with production teams to ensure on-time, on-brief deliverables.
• Providing clear feedback to production teams throughout the process.
• Participating in weekly to monthly client check-ins.
• Escalating content or strategy issues promptly for resolution.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and production process understanding.
