Responsibilities

Serve as the client’s ultimate internal advocate and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
Track tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery.
Act as gatekeeper for production deliverables and provide actionable feedback when needed.
Attend weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client check-ins to ensure alignment.
