Job summary

Ravie.co is seeking a Producer to keep project processes on track for our internal production team and clients. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate milestones, and ensure timely delivery across active projects.

This fully remote role prefers 2+ years in production at a service-based company, experience with project management software, and a forward-thinking, organized mindset. Compensation is $70k–$85k with 10 days PTO, bonuses, and annual retreats.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production as a Producer or Associate Producer at a service-based company.
• Located in an eligible time zone (Eastern US to Central US; US not strictly required).
• Experience using project management software.
• Forward-thinking approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day client relationships and clear communication across active projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and no missed deadlines, internal and external, across the team.
• Log client decisions, feedback, and objectives so our work stays aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate team resourcing and scheduling.
• Deliver assets and clear next steps at each phase of a project with a client.
• Flag client requests to the Executive Producer if they conflict with the SOW.
• Identify bottlenecks and help update workflows with the Executive Producer.
