Job summary

Compassion & Choices seeks an Operations Specialist, Creative Services to oversee end‑to‑end creative production systems across print, digital, video, and other products. This role bridges creative teams and program stakeholders to optimize resources, standardize processes, and ensure high‑quality outputs delivered on time.

This is a remote, full‑time position with a starting salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in creative operations, project management, or production management within marketing/ nonprofit/ publishing.
• Experience managing freelance talent, contracts, and print procurement.
• Knowledge of Adobe CC workflows, Asana, and DAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end creative production across print, digital, video, and other products.
• Lead scheduling, task management, resource allocation, and vendor management for projects.
• Maintain production‑ready handoff protocols and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure assets are delivered across channels.
• Manage fulfillment logistics and distribution for published materials.
