Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior member of its creative operations team to lead intake, governance, and portfolio planning for enterprise campaigns. You will partner with leadership to balance capacity, speed, and quality, while driving scalable processes across internal and external partners.

In this role, you will own the operating model from intake through delivery, develop dashboards, and influence staffing decisions to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative or marketing operations or PMO leadership.
• Experience building and scaling processes in creative, marketing, brand, or content teams.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, intake, resource and portfolio planning, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise creative intake and set briefing, categorization, prioritization standards.
• Define pathways for planned, reactive, executive, innovation work and improve submission quality.
• Maintain visibility into capacity, workload, and constraints across teams and partners.
• Identify staffing gaps and inform staffing, contractor, and headcount decisions.
• Evaluate demand with leadership based on value, effort, and priorities.
• Lead improvements to increase velocity and reduce rework; drive adoption.
