• 7+ years in creative strategy, brand creative, or integrated marketing.
• 2+ years leading creative professionals or major programs.
• Advanced knowledge of strategy, storytelling, and campaign development.
• Experience guiding complex, integrated initiatives.
• Portfolio showing business impact and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into actionable creative strategies and campaigns across channels.
• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives from opportunity to execution.
• Set objectives, standards, and methods; review work at key stages.
• Advise senior stakeholders on opportunities and tradeoffs.
• Partner with Content Strategy, Design & Motion, Product Marketing, and others.
• Coach and develop the creative team; foster collaboration and learning.
• Direct agency and partner relationships; ensure quality and timely delivery.
