Job summary

Musely is seeking an outgoing Creative Manager to blend hands-on design with creative project leadership. You will guide a small team, move projects from brief to launch, and evolve Musely’s brand identity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns across social, email, web, and product launches, while mentoring staff and ensuring on-brand results. Remote-friendly with CA/UT/TX/GA emphasis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of design or creative experience in beauty, health, or wellness brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from start to finish.
• Strong portfolio showing hands-on design, branding, and performance creative.
• Experience leading creative tests and applying learnings to campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects, including briefs, timelines, feedback, approvals, and delivery.
• Design assets for paid social, email, web, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Mentor a small creative team, prioritize workloads, and remove blockers.
• Partner with the Director of Brand & Creative on concepts, guidelines, and tone.
• Build templates and design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead creative testing with Growth and turn insights into stronger work.
• Ensure all creative is on-brand, accurate, and launch-ready.
