You'll mentor a small creative team, partner with media buying peers, and integrate AI tools into creative workflows while presenting clear, data-backed recommendations to clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5–9 years of experience in performance marketing with strong analytics
• Experience leading small creative teams and giving actionable feedback
• Knowledge of Meta, Google, and creative testing across paid media platforms
• Active experimentation with AI creative tools and application to workflows
• Confident presenting creative strategies and performance recommendations to clients
• Direct-response copywriting experience preferred; design experience with Figma or Adobe is a plus
