Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Creative Arts Facilitator to provide remote, telehealth group sessions using modalities like yoga, art, dance, and music. The role requires evening availability and 9–40 hours per week on a 1099, contract basis.

Candidates should be comfortable with diverse age groups and experienced in engaging clients via video. You will work with a dynamic Clinical Team to deliver individualized, compassionate care from home.
