Charlie Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to facilitate remote, telehealth group sessions for adolescents and young adults. A Master’s degree in a mental health field and prior group-work experience are required, with comfort delivering sessions via video and cloud-based tools.

This is a part-time 1099 role offering flexible scheduling (late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays). You’ll collaborate with a clinical team, follow Charlie Health curricula, and support youth mental

Qualificações

• Must have a Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience facilitating groups for adolescents/young adults.
• Experience with telehealth and video-based sessions.
• Ability to work with diverse youth populations.
• Wamiliarity with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI a plus).
• Part-time 1099 role.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervisor at least monthly for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before group start.
• Arrive early to scheduled group time and facilitate hour-long sessions.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and use updated curriculum.
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts as needed.
• Engage clients and foster camera-on participation.
• Follow operational policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with care team and other leaders.
• Ensure notes are completed within 24 hours and meet standards.
