SitusAMC is actively seeking a detail-oriented professional to support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities. You will coordinate with borrowers, advisors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution, serving as the primary contact for onboarding.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field, plus 2–10 years in commercial lending or transaction management.

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
• Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
• Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
• Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
• Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
