Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a temporary/project-based professional to support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities. You will liaison between borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution.

Responsibilities include onboarding, due diligence, lien searches, closing statements, and post-closing asset management. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Business/Real Estate is required, with 2–10 years of experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
2-10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
