Qualifications

• Active US attorney license in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years' post-JD litigation experience in drafting, discovery and motions.
• Background in commercial real estate disputes: leases, transactions, zoning or financing.
• Ability to draft complex litigation documents under supervision.
• Excellent written English with strong legal analysis.
• Firm/boutique/mid-market experience is a plus.
• Experience on AI-related legal projects or federal court work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft authentic litigation work product: motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery.
• Produce turn-by-turn deliverables under senior direction, mirroring partner reviews.
• Develop rubric items outlining criteria for strong responses to opposing submissions.
• Incorporate senior feedback efficiently with minimal redirection.
• Ensure continuity in case theory and litigation posture across turns.
• Flag uncertainties or gaps needing senior or team review.
