Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce litigation work product for complex commercial contract disputes, including motions and discovery documents.
• Respond to opposing counsel's simulated moves and maintain a coherent case theory.
• Identify procedural questions and ambiguities for project leads and incorporate feedback.
