24-MAG LLC is offering a specialised consulting engagement for experienced U.S. litigation attorneys with expertise in commercial real estate disputes, drafting, motion practice, discovery, and case-theory development for AI training and legal evaluation tasks.

Selected professionals will craft realistic litigation work products, respond to opposing positions, and refine case theory under senior review. This remote, independent contractor role targets candidates with 3+ years post-JD experience

Qualifications

Active U.S. attorney license in at least one jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of post-JD litigation experience.
Strong background in drafting, discovery and motion practice.
Experience handling commercial real estate disputes.
Ability to draft complex litigation documents under senior direction.
Excellent written English and professional drafting.

Responsibilities

Analyse evolving commercial real estate disputes and develop litigation strategies.
Draft authentic litigation work product including motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
Maintain continuity in case theory and litigation posture across rounds.
Develop structured rubric items for evaluating responses to submissions.
Identify procedural uncertainties, factual ambiguities, and missing information.
