• Handle incoming calls from property owners, investors, landlords, developers, and small business owners seeking appraisal services.
• Provide a consultative, educational conversation—helping each client understand their valuation options.
• Manage a steady flow of warm leads (no cold outreach).
• Ensure data integrity, and keep CRM pipeline updated and organized.
• Collaborate with our appraisal and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
