Responsibilities
Conduct formal appraisals of real property for a variety of clients.
Examine all variables that impact the property's value.
Provide an unbiased, comprehensive, and professional opinion of value.
Work toward obtaining Certified General Appraisal License.
Skills
Strong analytical and research skills
MS Office skills, preferably advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of financial math
Utilization of technology
Ability to communicate well with clients and coworkers, both written and oral

Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher
