Responsibilities

• Search and input data into internal database.
• Describe macro and micro real estate and economic trends.
• Read and describe market surveys and appraisal terminology.
• Assist in drafting the front end of an appraisal report.
• Review completed reports for language and flow.
• Within three months, understand commercial real estate terminology for write‑ups.
