Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors is seeking a certified general real estate appraiser to assist with on-site inspections and final review of appraisal reports. This role will require substantial travel across Illinois and ensures USPAP compliance for observed site details.

Applicants must hold a CG license; MAI designation or candidacy is preferred. The company covers travel expenses and supports licensure growth across states.

Qualifications

• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license required
• Must reside in central or southern IL
• CG license active in at least 1 state; willing to license in multiple states
• MAI designation or candidate preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of exhibits and memos for inspections
• Frequent travel to on-site properties based on work requests
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
• Participate in client meetings as needed
• Build relationships with market and business leaders to share best practices
