Qualifications

• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser required; MAI or Advanced Candidate preferred.
• Full-time commercial real estate appraisal experience in diverse markets.
• Experience serving Fortune 500 clients, lending institutions, attorneys, developers or government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-end commercial property appraisals across office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land and special use properties.
• Support with staff and in-house review processes to ensure quality control.

Job Brief

VPA Charlotte performs appraisals in the Charlotte Metropolitan area and the Greensboro | High Point | Winston-Salem markets, and due to abundant workflow, we currently need to expand our staff of certified general appraisers. Our appraisers provide high-end, professional, commercial real estate appraisal services for a variety of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi‑family, vacant land, and special use properties. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies.
