Mountaintop Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CRE Advisor – Acquisitions to identify and acquire real estate opportunities in a dedicated territory (Remote, Atlanta).

This role offers 100% commission with first-year earnings potential between $50,000 and $200,000 and direct mentorship from the Company President, supported by marketing, operations, and admin teams. You will source opportunities, leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights, and cultivate relationships with brokers and owners

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate business development, acquisitions, or sales.
• Strong network within the commercial real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with 3+ years of hands-on use.
• Proven success with cold calling and relationship building.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely.
• Willingness to travel for property assessments and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure acquisition opportunities by building and managing a pipeline of real estate investments.
• Leverage CRM systems, data analytics, and AI-driven insights to identify targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and key stakeholders.
• Perform market research and property evaluations to assess acquisition viability.
• Update pipelines in CRM for effective follow-ups and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with underwriting and acquisitions teams to support deal evaluation.
• Travel for site visits as needed to assess potential sites and strengthen relationships.
• Provide advisory services to real estate owners to create multiple income streams.
