Job summary

KeyBank in Cleveland, OH is seeking a data analytics professional to support CRA data collection, compliance, and performance monitoring. You will gather data from primary and secondary sources, run analytics, and help develop solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency of CRA-related reporting.

You will build dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, automate workflows in Python, and assist with CRA examinations and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; CRA and financial services knowledge a plus.
• 3-5 years of compliance, regulatory and community development experience.
• Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Data Reporting & Systems: ensure CRA data collection and reporting compliance with automation where applicable.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows; apply statistical methods to identify trends and risks.
• Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets and build tools to increase efficiency.
• Build and enhance dashboards with Power BI or Tableau for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Support CRA examination preparation with data validation and documentation.
