Job summary

KeyCorp in Cleveland is seeking a data-focused CRA Analyst to support data collection, compliance, and performance monitoring across CRA programs. You will gather data from multiple sources, run analyses, and help build solutions that improve accuracy and automate reporting using Python, Power BI, or Tableau.

This role collaborates with CROs and business lines, participates in CRA self-assessments, and contributes to CBP reporting and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of compliance, regulatory and community development experience
• Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or database management concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of CRA, HMDA, LIHTC and fair housing regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRA data collection, reporting, and disclosure compliance including automation.
• Develop data pipelines and analytical workflows; apply statistics to identify trends.
• Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Build dashboards and visual reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) for stakeholders.
• Support CRA examination prep with data validation and coordination.
• Monitor CRA reforms and implement required process updates.
• Partner with business lines to ensure data integrity and data-driven compliance.
