Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a CRA Data Analytics Analyst to own end-to-end CRA data lifecycle, ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting for CRA compliance. You will review loan files, analyze data quality, and coordinate with LOB and Technology to resolve issues.

The role requires a strong background in data reporting with CRA/regulatory experience, knowledge of CRA/Reg C, and proficiency in Wiz, RiskExed, and Tableau. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of data reporting, CRA or compliance experience.
• Knowledge of Regulation BB (CRA) and HMDA/Reg C.
• Experience with CRA data collection and reporting.
• Proficiency with Wiz, RiskExed and Tableau for reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRA data lifecycle: collection, geocoding, aggregation, validation.
• Review loan files and validate CRA data accuracy for regulatory reporting.
• Audit community development loans for eligibility via demographic/economic research.
• Oversee data from CRA data reporting lines using Wiz or RiskExed.
• Log data issues and coordinate resolution with LOB and Tech.
• Prepare reports on data errors and track corrective actions.
