Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting modernization, analytics engineering, automation, or a related field.
• Strong experience with ETL processes, data integration, data transformation, reusable data modeling, and production-ready data pipelines.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and SQL querying/coding, including data modeling, performance optimization, dashboard design, and reporting modernization.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks, with the ability to design scalable analytics workflows.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, reusable scripting, exception detection, model support, and analytics solution development.

Responsibilities

• Gather, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources; design reusable data assets.
• Identify trends, exceptions, and root causes; build intuitive reporting and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and leadership stakeholders to define success measures and monitor performance.
• Apply software development practices, source control, agile delivery, automation, and AI tools to improve speed, quality, and value.
• Act as hands-on developer and analytical thought partner to diagnose, automate, and improve data usage for decisions.
