Qualifications

• Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or database management concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing improvement of CRA data collection, compliance, and performance monitoring processes.
• Gather data from primary and secondary sources and perform analytical reviews.
• Develop solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of CRA‑related reporting.
• Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and automated workflows using Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Participate in the annual CRA self‑assessment and community needs assessment.
