Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a data visualization professional to design and maintain Tableau dashboards that support regulatory compliance and risk management. You will work with REA, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Data Analytics, and Technology to convert data into actionable insights for oversight.

Ideal candidates have strong Tableau and SQL skills, experience with large datasets, and a solid understanding of banking processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Systems, analytics, CS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' data analysis and reporting experience in risk/compliance or audit contexts.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins and performance optimization.
• Experience with banking products and transactional/customer data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and scorecards for risk monitoring.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate into solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, assess compliance, and determine root causes.
• Develop data models and visualization standards for regulatory reporting.
• Connect Tableau to SQL Server, cloud warehouses, data lakes, and reporting repositories.
