Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to join our distributed teams in the United States. You will translate complex e-commerce and CPQ requirements into actionable user stories and detailed functional specs, partnering with product, architecture, and engineering.

In this role you will drive Agile ceremonies, support quoting workflows, and ensure stakeholder alignment across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
Experience with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows.
Ability to write detailed user stories and functional requirements.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working across distributed/global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
Support e-commerce and quoting-related workflows across digital platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery
Analyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies
Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicable
Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
