Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst or Digital Consultant to lead e-commerce quoting workflows in a complex digital transformation. You’ll analyze business needs, map them to actionable user stories, and partner with product, architecture, and engineering to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as BA or Digital Consultant in consulting or tech environments.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Experience with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing workflows.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and requirements.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working across distributed/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Support e-commerce and quoting-related workflows across digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery
• Analyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicable
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
