Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Production Specialist, New Formats for remote USA work, focused on RTD beverages and non-powder formats. The role interfaces with co-manufacturers, drives end-to-end production activities, and requires on-site inspections for pilot runs and validations.

You will partner with Quality, Innovation, and Logistics to translate product requirements into scalable manufacturing plans, manage schedules, and support administrative tasks on supplier invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background in CPG manufacturing, specifically RTD beverages and alternative product formats.
• Operational Expertise: On-site factory setting and managing technical manufacturing workflows.
• Project Management: Highly organized with cross-functional initiatives and on-schedule delivery.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage external partner relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using NetSuite, Slack, Claude, Planning Tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Co-Manufacturing Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships for RTD beverages and non-powder product lines.
• Co-Manufacturing Coordination: Lead weekly co-manufacturer meetings to monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Co-Manufacturing Coordination: Conduct site visits for line audits and strengthen partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Quality to ensure spec compliance and corrective actions.
• Inventory and Materials: Align with planning for material availability and stock reconciliation.
• Planning and Scheduling: Validate vendor schedules and communicate capacity constraints.
• Accounting Support: Assist with PO verification and invoice reconciliation.
