Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Food Scientist to own end-to-end formulation for RTD beverages, powdered formats, and future innovations. You will lead formulation science, drive co-manufacturing qualifications, and ensure QA and regulatory alignment as we scale multi-format products from concept to market.

You will collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing to ensure ingredient levels are scientifically sound and commercially viable, while building robust validation protocols for shelf-stable

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning a product end-to-end through a co-manufacturer to retail shelf.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food or beverage product formulation.
• Deep technical knowledge of formulation science in at least one commercial format (liquid or powdered).
• Experience developing sensory specifications and validation protocols for commercial volume.

Responsibilities

• Lead formula development across innovation and renovation projects from concept through co-manufacturing qualification and production.
• Own formulation science across formats, including liquid beverage chemistry and powdered formulation.
• Lead or support co-manufacturing qualification, including technical evaluation and QC alignment.
• Support ingredient sourcing for RTD inputs with Supply Chain.
• Serve as the go-to technical resource across the portfolio across formats.
