Qualifications

• Proven background in CPG manufacturing, specifically RTD beverages and non-powder formats (gummies, chocolates, variety packs).
• On-site factory experience and ability to manage technical manufacturing workflows.
• Strong project management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication to manage external partner relationships and escalate critical path issues internally.
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite, Slack, Claude, Planning Tools and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Co-Manufacturing Coordination: manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships for RTD beverages and non-powder product lines (gummies, chocolates, variety packs, and low-volume specialty runs).
• Lead weekly co-manufacturer meetings to monitor performance, evaluate production schedules, and proactively mitigate operational risks.
• Conduct site visits to perform line audits, validate manufacturing processes, and strengthen partner relationships on the shop floor.
• Facilitate onboarding for new co-manufacturers, overseeing pilot trials, initial production runs, and process validations.
• Collaborate with Quality to establish spec compliance, resolve quality holds, and manage corrective action plans across facilities.
• Coordinate material staging and outbound product shipments with Logistics to maintain continuous throughput.
• Validate vendor schedules against internal planning models and communicate capacity constraints or disruptions immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

The Production Specialist, New Formats serves as the primary liaison between RYZE and co-manufacturing partners for ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, non-powder product formats (gummies, chocolates, variety packs), and special project lines. Leveraging deep CPG manufacturing expertise, this role oversees end-to-end production operations, drives vendor accountability, and resolves technical issues on the floor. This role requires proactive project leadership, routine travel for on-site inspections, and the ability to manage complex, concurrent production workstreams.

Responsibilities will include:

• Co-Manufacturing Coordination Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships for RTD beverages and non-powder product lines (gummies, chocolates, variety packs, and low-volume specialty runs). Lead weekly co-manufacturer meetings to monitor performance, evaluate production schedules, and proactively mitigate operational risks. Conduct site visits to perform line audits, validate manufacturing processes, and strengthen partner relationships on the shop floor. Facilitate onboarding for new co-manufacturers, overseeing pilot trials, initial production runs, and process validations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Quality to establish spec compliance, resolve quality holds, and manage corrective action plans across manufacturing facilities. Collaborate with Innovation to translate new product requirements into operational manufacturing plans prior to production runs. Coordinate material staging and outbound product shipments with Logistics to maintain continuous throughput.
• Inventory and Materials Ensure partners report timely data on raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory; lead efforts to reconcile stock discrepancies. Align with Raw Material Planning to ensure full material availability ahead of scheduled production runs.
• Planning and Scheduling Validate vendor schedules against internal planning models and communicate capacity constraints or disruptions immediately.
• Accounting Support Assist Accounting with PO verification, invoice reconciliation, and documentation retrieval from co-man partners.
