Job summary
Javvy Coffee Company is seeking a product-launch project lead to drive new beverage and creamer launches from ideation to shelf. You will own the stage-gate process, maintain a unified master timeline, and partner with Strategy, Development, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance in a fully remote U.S.
role with regular travel to co-manufacturers and HQ in Charleston, SC. You will run weekly product meetings, monthly portfolio reviews with the Co-founder and CMO, and own
Qualifications
- 4-7 years leading commercialization, innovation or new product launches at a CPG brand.
- Experience launching SKUs through co-manufacturers from brief to first production.
- Experience running stage-gate and portfolio reviews and ownership of timelines.
- Regular travel to co-manufacturers and HQ in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities
- Run the stage-gate process end to end with gate criteria, inputs, and decisions.
- Prepare gate reviews and document outcomes.
- Maintain a single master timeline with owners and milestones.
- Lead weekly product meetings and monthly portfolio reviews.
- Own the launch readiness checklist for formula, nutrition, packaging, and supplier runs.
- Ensure clean handoffs between teams with concise briefs.
