Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Production Specialist, New Formats, to lead end-to-end production with co-manufacturing partners for RTD beverages and non-powder formats. The role requires hands-on shop floor leadership, strong vendor relationships, and proactive project management.

You will drive line audits, pilot trials, and validations while coordinating with Quality, Innovation, and Logistics to keep throughput steady and compliant.

Qualifications

• Proven background in CPG manufacturing, specifically RTD beverages and alternative product formats (gummies, chocolates, variety packs).
• Operational expertise: on-site factory work and managing technical manufacturing workflows.
• Project management: cross-functional initiatives, on-schedule delivery.
• Communication: manage external partner relationships and escalate critical issues.
• Technical proficiency: hands-on with NetSuite, Slack, Claude, Planning Tools and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Co-Manufacturing Coordination: oversee RTD beverages and non-powder lines; monitor performance and schedules.
• Lead weekly co-manufacturer meetings to mitigate risks and optimize throughput.
• Site visits for line audits, process validation, and partner relationship strengthening.
• Onboarding new co-manufacturers, pilot trials, and initial production runs.
