Job summary

GFiber is seeking a Customer Equipment Supply Chain Program Manager to drive end-to-end SIOP, forecasting, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization for customer premise and network equipment. This role is remote across the United States with a focus on expanding markets and improving SLA compliance.

You will collaborate with supply chain, sales, product and finance to build forecasts, identify cost opportunities, and mitigate supplier risk while managing excess and obsolete inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years experience in Demand Planning (SIOP) or Procurement roles
• 5 years of experience in managing excess and obsolete inventory
• 5 years of experience with SAP and inventory management software (ex. Warehouse management system)

Responsibilities

• Sales, inventory and operational planning (SIOP) responsibilities and coordination.
• Coordinate with OEMs to exceed SLA performance and market share targets.
• Forecast collaboration between supply chain, sales, marketing, product and finance.
• De-risk supply disruptions & delays.
• Minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
