GFiber is expanding its network operations and seeking an Operations Lead to ensure reliable performance, proactive maintenance, and efficient execution of complex tasks. You will guide a growing team, coordinate across budgets, schedules and stakeholders, and safeguard high service levels for customers.

You will manage maintenance, vendor partnerships, and network enhancements to support rapid deployment. A strong track record in cross-functional projects and program delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fiber network management and deployments.
• 10+ years of people and vendor management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting costs, project reporting and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional network operations tasks.
• Develop and grow the Operations Team.
• Maintain infrastructure and support Last Mile programs for GFiber growth.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships with effective negotiations and communication.
