Job summary

GFiber, an Alphabet company, is seeking an Operations Lead in the United States to ensure reliable and efficient network operations. You will lead a team focused on monitoring performance, maintenance, and enabling seamless customer connectivity across our nationwide network.

You will develop operational improvements, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive cross-functional projects to support GFiber growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• 10 years of fiber network management and/or deployments.
• 10 years of people and vendor management experience.
• Experience in operational improvement and process/workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of complex network operations tasks.
• Develop and grow an Operations Team.
• Maintain GFiber infrastructure in the market(s) and support Last Mile programs.
