Qualifications

• 10 years of fiber network management or deployments.
• 10 years of people and vendor management experience.
• Experience in operational improvement and process/workflow development for cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of complex tasks supporting ongoing network operations.
• Develop and grow a talented Operations Team.
• Maintain GFiber infrastructure in the market(s) and support Last Mile programs.
• Implement a repair and maintenance program and conduct New Plant Testing and Acceptance.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships through negotiations and communication.
