Insight Global in New Jersey is hiring several CPC-certified coders to support a large healthcare client in Southern NJ. The role focuses on multispecialty professional fee coding in a high-volume, production-driven environment.

Remote work is available with residency in approved states and occasional onsite visits. You will work with E/M, CPT-4, ICD-10-CM codes, and HCPCS, collaborating with coding colleagues to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of coding experience required.
• Must have CPC Certification (AAPC).
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with multispecialty coding.

Responsibilities

• Abstract billing for outpatient E/M codes, minor procedures, HCPCS codes.
• Assign CPT-4 and ICD-10-CM codes with modifiers.
• Investigate coding and billing questions to determine best approach.
• Analyze medical records to verify coding accuracy and detect misuse.
• Collaborate with Coding, Charge, and Audit Analysts to resolve discrepancies.
• Work across Epic queues for multiple specialties.
• Meet productivity expectations and KPIs.
