Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Multi-Specialty Profee Coder for remote work in the United States. You will review and code professional fee charts across specialties, ensure compliance with coding guidelines, and support revenue cycle integrity in a production-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of coding experience, AHIMA or AAPC certification, and a proven ability to manage denials and complex E/M coding scenarios.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of surgical and E/M coding practices.
• Experience auditing professional fee charts in large healthcare systems or medical groups.
• Ability to manage denials and complex specialty coding scenarios.
• Experience working remotely in a quality-focused, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit multi-specialty professional fee charts for accuracy and compliance.
• Apply appropriate coding for surgical procedures and evaluation & management (E/M) services.
• Identify and resolve coding denials and discrepancies.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a production-based environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding practices and compliance.
