Qualifications
Two years' experience in a physician coding role preferred.
ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding experience preferred.
CPC-A, CPC, or CCS-P certification required.
Responsibilities
Review procedure documentation to assign accurate CPT-4 codes.
Analyze provider documentation for Evaluation and Management codes.
