Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a physician coding role preferred.
• ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding experience preferred.
• CPC-A, CPC, or CCS-P certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review procedure documentation to assign accurate CPT-4 codes.
• Validate provider-selected ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
• Analyze provider documentation for Evaluation and Management codes.
