Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or industry accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and optimize financial close processes and improve reporting timelines.
• Assist with accounting transformation initiatives including cash-to-accrual conversions and opening balance sheet prep.
• Guide audit readiness efforts and support interactions with external auditors.
• Lead technical accounting projects involving ASC 480, ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 815 and ASC 842.
• Advise on IPO, SPAC, and SEC reporting matters and prepare disclosures and filings.
• Mentor and develop team members and collaborate with senior leadership to expand engagement scope.
