You will manage a portfolio of schools, districts and systems to strengthen partnerships, support IB implementation, and enable sustainable growth. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinate authorization and evaluation processes, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business or similar; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in education leadership, school improvement and/or change management.
• Understanding of different school contexts and how education systems operate.
• Experience managing partnerships or a portfolio of accounts with retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver account management portfolio plans for schools and districts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records (e.g., Salesforce) and share insights to improve support.
• Represent IB in senior engagements and co-create partnership strategies.
• Provide proactive programme development and quality support across lifecycle.
• Coordinate authorization and evaluation processes with service teams.
• Identify retention risks and lead issue resolution and service recovery.
• Identify and progress growth opportunities and connect to IB offerings.
