Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Course Developer (Remote) to design and develop technical training programs for SATCOM and military systems. You will create curriculum, instructional materials, eLearning content, and assessments while ensuring NATO training standards are met.

The role partners with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to analyze training needs, integrate manuals, and support delivery and sustainment of training programs.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience developing technical training programs.
• Experience supporting defense, aerospace, telecommunications, SATCOM, IT, or military programs.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training solutions.
• Experience developing technical documentation, assessments, certification programs, and LMS content.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities and identify training requirements.
• Develop learning objectives, curricula, instructional materials, and assessment strategies.
• Apply ISD principles and NATO NSAT methodologies throughout the training lifecycle.
• Develop training programs covering SATCOM systems and related operations.
• Create training products including guides, syllabi, presentations, labs, andJob aids.
• Design SCORM-compliant eLearning content and online assessments.
• Develop certification programs and practical evaluations.
• Ensure training materials align with baselines and changes.
