Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC seeks a Technical Course Developer (Remote) to design and develop training programs for SATCOM and military systems, creating curriculum, instructional materials, eLearning content, and assessments that meet NATO standards. You will work with engineering and logistics to analyze needs, develop courseware, integrate manuals, and support delivery.

This role requires an Associate’s degree and 8+ years of technical training experience, with an active Secret clearance;

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience developing technical training programs.
• Experience with defense, aerospace, SATCOM, IT, or military programs.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training solutions.
• Experience developing technical documentation, assessments, certification programs, and LMS content.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities and identify training requirements.
• Develop objectives, curricula, instructional materials, and assessment strategies.
• Apply ISD and NSAT methodologies throughout the training lifecycle.
• Develop training products including guides, syllabi, presentations, and lab exercises.
• Create SCORM-compliant eLearning content and simulations.
• Validate training content through reviews, pilots, and SME evaluations.
