Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Course Developer (Remote) to design and develop technical training programs for SATCOM and military systems. You will create curriculum, instructional materials, eLearning content, and assessments aligned with NATO training standards.

Collaborating with engineering, logistics, and customer teams, you will perform training needs analysis, develop courseware, and support delivery and sustainment of training programs while ensuring compliance and

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
Experience developing technical training programs for defense, aerospace, SATCOM, IT, or military programs.
Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning objectives and curricula.
Create instructional materials, assessments, and courseware for SATCOM and military systems.
Develop SCORM-compliant eLearning content and multimedia instruction.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and customer teams to update and maintain training materials.
Validate content through reviews, pilots, and SME evaluations.
