Job summary

OLLY, part of Unilever's Wellbeing Collective, seeks an Associate Customer Business Manager for Costco. This remote-USA role partners with Costco sales to deliver analytical support, build relationships and drive growth through data-backed insights and strong execution.

You will work across OLLY, Welly and SmartyPants brands, leveraging data to optimize 4Ps, manage launches and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Sales Analytics, Account Management, or Retail buying within CPG.
• Strong understanding of Costco’s Go to Market strategy.
• Ability to convert information, numbers and data into insight for actionable growth.
• Proven ability to identify, articulate and propose solutions that solve problems and drive results.
• Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Cross-functional collaboration and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the support arm to the sales lead for our brands: OLLY, Welly and SmartyPants.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with Costco merchandising and buying teams.
• Mine data sources to provide actionable insights for 4Ps (Promotion, Pricing, Placement, Product).
• Assist in pulling and interpreting sales data for accurate item-level forecasts.
• Prepare concise, data-driven presentations with the analytics team.
• Monitor brands and market share to understand shopper trends.
• Build feature and display plans to drive Costco growth.
• Manage tracking of new item launches to ensure speed to shelf and success.
• Create selling decks for meetings and quarterly reviews using syndicated data.
• Maintain weekly dashboards for key customers and performance reviews.
• Support ad hoc requests for Costco business and deductions in partnership with internal teams.
