Jobot is seeking a 100% remote cost segregation manager with proven experience in 481(a) calculations and Form 3115 to join our team.

You will manage cost segregation studies, oversee fixed assets, and prepare 815(a) calculations for accounting method changes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies.

The role includes unlimited PTO, continuing education reimbursement, and clear growth toward upper management with potential partner track.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cost segregation, fixed assets, and real estate taxes experience.
• Proven experience with 815(a) calculations and Form 3115.
• Solid understanding of tax laws related to cost segregation.
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance-related software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost segregation studies identifying property and land improvements.
• Oversee fixed asset records and depreciation calculations.
• Prepare 815(a) calculations and Form 3115 for accounting method changes.
• Handle real estate tax matters including returns, assessments, appeals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide tax strategy guidance related to cost segregation.
