• Construct cost segregation reports with preliminary research and engagement review.
• Conduct site visits, document assets and common areas.
• Input assets into spreadsheets and generate comprehensive reports.
• Review reports with management and communicate with clients.
• Attend meetings and training sessions, maintain proactive client communication.
• Gather data, perform on-site reviews, and manage multi-step assessments.
